Meet the Doctors

I’ve been privileged to serve as a healthcare provider for over 27 years, helping countless patients find relief from pain and return to living their lives. I earned my degree in Microbiology from The Ohio State University and went on to receive my Doctorate in Chiropractic from National University in Chicago, IL. My internships were completed at Edgewater Hospital in Chicago, and I am a Board Eligible Chiropractic Orthopedics Diplomate. I am also a Certified Orthotic Fitter, licensed through BOC and Medicare certified.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many incredible patients and I pride myself on providing personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs. In my family-oriented, modern office, I focus on giving every patient the attention they deserve. As a past board member and two-term president of the Miami Valley Chiropractic Society, I am deeply committed to the chiropractic community.

I collaborate with some of the best doctors and specialists in the Dayton area to ensure my patients receive the latest and most effective treatments for their injuries. My goal is to always find the best solutions for your health challenges and to provide the care that best addresses your unique needs.

Dr. James D. Miller is a 1974 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has been in practice for 51 years in South Dayton. He lives in the south Dayton area with his wife Cathy and enjoys spending time with his children and three grandchildren.

For ten years Dr. Miller served as a Chiropractic Compliance Officer for the State of Ohio helping multiple chiropractors and their offices.

Dr. Miller has been serving his patients at Back in Motion Chiropractic for the past twenty years utilizing specific Chiropractic adjustments to facilitate healing and a greater level of wellness with a natural holistic approach.

Dr. Jim Williams attended Ohio State University and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Atlanta.  He has practiced in Springboro, Kettering and Washington Township for over 25 years.  He is certified in Flexion Distraction tech. and Graston soft tissue release techniques.

Dr. Williams has been helping patients at Back in Motion with their spinal health for the last ten years.
